Here’s the short answer, so you can decide quickly. From CDG, take the direct TGV to the Disneyland station: it’s the fastest option and often cheaper than a taxi. From Orly, or if you want to think about it as little as possible, the Magical Shuttle coach is the simplest option. And if you land late in the evening, book a taxi or a private hire car (VTC). Pick your airport below.
From CDG (Paris’s main airport) and from Orly alike, you have several ways to reach Disneyland Paris: the direct TGV (from CDG only), the Magical Shuttle, the RER, or a taxi or private hire car. The best one depends on the airport you land at, the time of your flight, your budget and how much luggage you have.

How to get from Paris CDG to Disneyland Paris
Charles de Gaulle has a big advantage that many travellers don’t know about: its own TGV station, with direct trains to the Disneyland station. It’s the fastest option. Here are the four ways to make the trip, from the most practical to the most expensive.
The direct TGV (the tip worth knowing)
The airport has its own station, CDG Airport 2 TGV, inside terminal 2. From there, direct TGV INOUI trains run to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy, the Disneyland station, in only about ten minutes. The station is 2 minutes’ walk from the park entrances.
From CDG, it’s my recommendation without hesitation. There are around fifteen direct trains a day, well spread out, so you’ll nearly always find one leaving soon after you land. Still, check the timetable for your arrival day. Allow around 30 to 45 minutes between landing and the train, to collect your luggage and walk to the station in terminal 2.
Seats must be booked on this train: you need a dated ticket for a specific seat (it isn’t an RER ticket you can buy at the last minute). Book ahead on SNCF Connect, as the price goes up the later you leave it.
The Magical Shuttle
The Magical Shuttle is a shared coach that links CDG to the Disney hotels and partner hotels in about 1 hour, for around €24 per adult (lower child price). Your luggage goes in the hold, so you have nothing to carry on public transport. It’s an easy option if none of the direct train times suit you.
It only runs during the day, not at night. You’ll find all the details on the service, prices and times in the dedicated article: everything you need to know about the Magical Shuttle.

For the journey back to the airport, the trip often takes 1 hour because of traffic. Allow at least 3 hours before take-off to cover the journey, security and boarding.
Runs from Roissy-CDG and Orly, door to door to your hotel. Estimate based on public prices, to be confirmed when you book.

The RER and the train
Without taking the TGV, you can reach Disneyland by RER (Paris suburban train): the RER B from the airport, then change to the RER A at Châtelet-Les Halles, towards Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy. Allow around 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
It’s the cheapest option, but also the least comfortable with suitcases: changing at Châtelet-Les Halles means walking and stairs, in a station that is often packed. Best kept for when you’re travelling light and aren’t in a hurry. Note that the €2.55 single fare doesn’t apply from the airports. You’ll need a specific airport ticket (around €14).
Taxi or private hire car (how much does it cost?)
A taxi or private hire car (VTC) takes you from the airport door to your hotel, with no changes and no luggage to carry. Allow around 45 minutes to 1 hour for the journey (longer at peak times).
It’s the easiest option, but the most expensive. Unlike trips into central Paris, there is no official fixed fare to Disneyland. Some taxis and private hire cars do offer a fixed price booked in advance, otherwise you pay what’s on the meter. Expect roughly €70 to €110, sometimes more in the evening or during the school holidays for private hire cars.
It’s the option to go for if you land late or if you’re a tired family with lots of luggage.
| Option | Journey time | Rough price | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Direct TGV INOUI | about 10 min | about €20 to €40 | The fastest, book ahead |
| Magical Shuttle | about 1 hr | about €24 per adult | Easy, luggage in the hold, daytime only |
| RER / train | about 1 hr to 1 hr 15 | about €14 | The cheapest, awkward with suitcases |
| Taxi / private hire | about 45 to 60 min | about €70 to €110 | Door to door, ideal for a late arrival |

How to get from Orly to Disneyland Paris
One important thing to know straight away: Orly has no direct TGV to the Disneyland station. So the fast train tip only works from CDG. From Orly, you can choose between the shuttle, the train (more complicated) and a taxi or private hire car.
The Magical Shuttle
From Orly, the Magical Shuttle is often the simplest option, as the train involves several changes. This shared coach links the airport to the Disney hotels and partner hotels in about 1 hour, for around €24 per adult (lower child price), with your luggage in the hold.
As at CDG, it only runs during the day. All the details are in the dedicated article: everything you need to know about the Magical Shuttle.
The train (the most complicated)
The train journey from Orly involves several changes: Orlyval to Antony, then the RER B, then a change to the RER A at Châtelet-Les Halles towards Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy. Allow around 1 hour 30 to 1 hour 50 minutes.
It’s the cheapest option, but with two changes and luggage, it’s tiring. I only recommend it to travellers without big suitcases who have time on their hands.
Taxi or private hire car (how much does it cost?)
A taxi or private hire car is still the easiest: straight from the airport door to your hotel. Allow around 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes depending on the traffic.
Here too, there is no official fixed fare to Disneyland like there is for Paris. Some taxis and private hire cars offer a fixed price in advance, otherwise you pay what’s on the meter.
Expect roughly €80 to €120 depending on the company and the vehicle. Orly is a little further south, but the price mostly depends on the traffic and the time of day. It’s the option to go for if you land late.
| Option | Journey time | Rough price | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Magical Shuttle | about 1 hr | about €24 per adult | The simplest from Orly, daytime only |
| Train (Orlyval and RER) | about 1 hr 30 to 1 hr 50 | about €14 | The cheapest, 2 changes, hard work with luggage |
| Taxi / private hire | about 50 min to 1 hr 10 | about €80 to €120 | Door to door, ideal for a late arrival |
| Direct TGV | not available | not available | No direct train from Orly to Chessy |
