At a glance
Lilly’s Boutique, subtitled "Items for a Home Sweet Home", fills the ground floor of a small Victorian house in the second half of Main Street U.S.A., just below Walt’s - an American restaurant. The name pays tribute to Lillian Marie Bounds Disney, Walt’s wife, nicknamed Lilly. Her initials L and B appear in the decor.
On the Main Street side, the facade combines white stone and brick, beneath two windows dressed with burgundy blinds and the inscription "Since 1901", the year Walt Disney was born. On the Flower Street side, the exterior turns ochre, with a slate roof and a bay window upstairs.
The shop is laid out as three connecting rooms that represent the rooms of a home: the dining room (parquet floor, pink floral wallpaper, gas lamps, a crystal chandelier, carved shelves and a wooden fireplace), the kitchen (white tiles with painted flowers, cast-iron pots, old grinders) and the bathroom, which opens onto Flower Street (pastel tiles and walls). There’s a till in each room so the small spaces don’t get overcrowded.
Several vintage photographs of Walt and Lillian Disney are dotted around, many taken on their trips to Europe: in Switzerland in front of the Matterhorn, or in Paris in front of the Eiffel Tower. A door near the till on the Main Street side leads straight to the piano and the entrance to Walt’s.
Everything here is for the home: ceramic and porcelain tableware, mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, and items for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Period photos of Walt and Lillian Disney. This tribute to Lillian Bounds Disney, Walt’s wife, displays real photographs of the couple in a charming little Victorian house tucked below Walt’s - an American restaurant. The "Since 1901" date on the frontage refers to the year Walt Disney was born.
What you’ll find
History
The shop opened in June 1999, after the ground floor of Walt’s - an American restaurant, which had been used as a dining room until then, was re-themed.

Pros and cons
Strong points
- Three rooms recreating the Disney couple’s home
- Some of the original Walt’s decor kept, with a fireplace and photographs of the couple
Weak points
- Gets crowded quickly when the park is busy
- Lots of fragile items, not ideal with young kids
- A route split across several small rooms in a row
- Most visitors don’t know the shop’s history
My verdict
Julie’s tip
Best time to visit
Go at park opening or mid-afternoon, when the parade isn’t passing: the three small rooms fill up quickly.

Your questions about this shop
01 Where can you shop for Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
You have four main options: the shops in Disneyland Park (mainly on Main Street U.S.A. and in each land), the shops in Disney Adventure World, the shops in Disney Village (no park ticket needed) and your hotel shop if you’re staying at an official Disney Hotel. I go through the main shops in my dedicated article.
02 Can you shop without carrying your bags all day?
Yes. The Shopping Service lets you have your purchases sent to a collection point, to pick up later in the shop, or as you leave the park in another shop, or even in the shop at your Disney Hotel. The service is free in most shops (above a minimum spend). Just ask the sales assistant when you pay.
03 What are the shops’ opening hours?
The shops in the parks roughly follow the parks’ opening hours, often opening a little earlier on Main Street U.S.A. and closing a little later after the night-time show. The Disney Village shops have their own opening hours, usually later into the evening. The exact times are in the Disneyland Paris app.
04 Can you order Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online shop. To buy from home, you can go to the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few Disneyland Paris-specific products. At the resort, you buy directly in the shops.
