At a glance
La Chaumière des Sept Nains, full name La Chaumière des Sept Nains - Jouets et Vêtements, is in Fantasyland, between Sleeping Beauty Castle and the Blanche-Neige et les Sept Nains ride, opposite La Confiserie des Trois Fées.
The shop draws on the world of the 1937 Disney classic, the first feature film from Walt Disney Animation Studios, and stands out for its layout of three successive storytelling spaces. The first recreates the castle of Queen Grimhilde, in a Gothic style inspired by Bavarian castles: stone cobbles, blue and white tiles, wide columns with capitals carved into rabbits, shields with coats of arms, heavy suits of armour, and light fittings in the colours of Snow White’s dress, decorated with the poisoned red apple.
A transition space evokes the film’s calm forest, full of animals busy doing the washing, a reference to the cleaning scene. Two little wooden bridges cross a stream and lead to the last space, the dwarfs’ cottage: warm colours, wood panelling everywhere, miniature cutlery, shovels and pickaxes that recall the mine, hanging cups and seven little beds, each bearing a dwarf’s name, with his soft toy on top. Songs from the 1937 classic play on a loop.
Outside, the facade combines a clock tower with glazed Burgundy tiles, high stone walls, a wooden porch and a round tower linked by the ramparts.
The range includes princess and knight costumes, children’s clothing, toys, soft toys, jewellery, accessories, Disney ears and homeware.
Three story-driven spaces, with the dwarfs’ beds at the back. The shop unfolds across three successive spaces recreating key scenes from the 1937 Disney classic: the Gothic castle of Queen Grimhilde, the peaceful forest crossed by little wooden bridges and the dwarfs’ cottage, where seven little beds, each bearing a different name, wait at the back with their own dwarf soft toy.

Your questions about this shop
01 Where can you shop for Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
You have four main options: the shops in Disneyland Park (mainly on Main Street U.S.A. and in each land), the shops in Disney Adventure World, the shops in Disney Village (no park ticket needed) and your hotel shop if you’re staying at an official Disney Hotel. I go through the main shops in my dedicated article.
02 Can you shop without carrying your bags all day?
Yes. The Shopping Service lets you have your purchases sent to a collection point, to pick up later in the shop, or as you leave the park in another shop, or even in the shop at your Disney Hotel. The service is free in most shops (above a minimum spend). Just ask the sales assistant when you pay.
03 What are the shops’ opening hours?
The shops in the parks roughly follow the parks’ opening hours, often opening a little earlier on Main Street U.S.A. and closing a little later after the night-time show. The Disney Village shops have their own opening hours, usually later into the evening. The exact times are in the Disneyland Paris app.
04 Can you order Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online shop. To buy from home, you can go to the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few Disneyland Paris-specific products. At the resort, you buy directly in the shops.
