At a glance

In Disney Village since the complex opened in 1992, the Sports Bar closed at the end of 2024 for a complete makeover and reopened in 2025 as the Sports Bar & Lounge, with Coca-Cola as official partner. It reopened on 22 November 2025 with a new menu. Centrally placed on Disney Village’s main street, opposite Billy Bob’s, it is part of the wider transformation of Disney Village.

The decor mixes refined design with nods to sport: a central bar, an open feel between inside and outside and walls hung with sporting artwork and memorabilia (including framed shirts of Ronaldo and Zidane). On the front of the building, a large artwork signed by Disney animator Eric Goldberg pays tribute to the Goofy short "How to Play Football". The venue has over 460 seats with a mix of furniture (high tables, banquettes), a lounge area and a space for private hire. The terrace, where New York Style Sandwiches used to be, has been turned into a leafy patio flooded with light from a skydome, with a giant screen for showing big sporting events.

The drinks list is long: signature cocktails, classic mojitos and spritzes, mocktails, shooter trios and frozen drinks.

What makes it stand out

Live sport on screen. Fitted with plenty of giant screens, this Disney Village bar shows international competitions and live matches. You sit at the big wooden bar or on the terrace and order beers, soft drinks and baskets of chips or chicken wings. The atmosphere gets lively on the year’s big match nights.

History

Opened in 2025, this large Sports Bar & Lounge came out of the overall architectural redesign of Disney Village.

It replaces the original Sports Bar, a smaller venue that had been there since 1992. The building was greatly enlarged and modernised, merging with neighbouring spaces, which raised its capacity to 460 covers and allowed a completely new interior design.

My verdict

Julie ★★★☆☆ 200+ visits since 2023

The Sports Bar & Lounge is a sports bar and lounge in Disney Village, mixing the world of sport with Disney touches. Its strengths are the giant screen for live matches and its bright, leafy terrace.

I ate there recently and it’s a pleasant spot, especially on the terrace, in this 460-seat venue that opened in 2025. Be aware, though: it gets busy and loud on match nights, and I find the prices a bit high for the quality, with cocktails and dishes at full price. The breakfast deals are still affordable. The atmosphere heats up quickly during sporting events.

I recommend it for watching a match over a drink and some sharing plates. Less suited if you’re after peace and quiet or the cheapest possible meal.

Your questions about this restaurant

01 Where can you eat cheaply in the Disneyland Paris parks?

To keep costs down, go for the quick-service counters rated €. Casey’s Corner serves hot dogs on Main Street, Café Hyperion does burgers and nuggets in Discoveryland, Colonel Hathi’s Outpost Restaurant serves pizza slices in Adventureland, and Cowboy Cookout Barbecue in Frontierland is still a good deal. Over at Disney Adventure World, Stark Factory and Super Diner remain affordable. Tip: Mobile Order (Click & Collect) in the app also lets you order at some counters without having to queue. And if you’re a bit peckish, a snack (waffle, churros, ice cream) for €5 to €10 does the job nicely.

02 Are there kids’ menus in the Disney restaurants?

Yes, almost all Disneyland Paris restaurants offer a child price (ages 3-11). In the all-you-can-eat buffets, children pay around half price: Agrabah Café at €25, Cape Cod at €25, La Cantina at €20. Classic table-service restaurants also have a children’s set menu with a suitable starter, main course and dessert. At the quick-service counters, you’ll find kids’ set meals with a drink and a dessert included. You can ask for a high chair when you book, using the "special request" field.

03 Are there vegetarian and vegan options in the Disneyland Paris restaurants?

Yes, more and more Disneyland Paris restaurants offer vegetarian and vegan options. The Lucky Nugget Saloon in Frontierland serves a full vegan set menu, and Toad Hall Restaurant in Fantasyland has really nice breaded plant-based crispy bites. Most other table-service restaurants and buffets have at least one vegetarian dish on the menu. Simpler buffets such as Agrabah Café or Cape Cod also offer meat-free alternatives. To check the details, download my free file by email with all the Disneyland Paris restaurant menus: that way you can spot the veggie options before your visit.

04 Where can you get an afternoon snack or a quick bite in the parks?

The parks are full of kiosks and snack stands for when you’re a bit peckish. For something sweet, there’s Cookie Kitchen on Main Street U.S.A., March Hare Refreshments in Fantasyland, waffle and churros stands just about everywhere, and roaming popcorn and ice cream sellers. For something savoury, the hot dogs at Casey’s Corner. Allow €5 to €10 per snack. Little tip: some stands sell reusable collectible popcorn buckets that make lovely souvenirs and give you refills at a reduced price all day.

05 Which Disney Village restaurants can you eat at without a park ticket?

Disney Village is free to enter, so you don’t need a park ticket to eat there. You’ll find around fifteen restaurants. For table service: Rosalie and Petite Rosalie (French brasserie), The Steakhouse (Chicago-style grilled meats) and The Royal Pub (British food). For a lively meal: Billy Bob’s Country Western Saloon and La Grange at Billy Bob’s (Tex-Mex buffets). Sports Bar for a relaxed vibe and Rainforest Café for its themed jungle setting. For quick service: McDonald’s, Earl of Sandwich, Five Guys, Starbucks Coffee and Vapiano round off the choice. Two places aren’t available at the moment. Annette’s Diner has been closed for refurbishment since January 2026 (reopening expected around 2027). The Italian restaurant Casa Giulia, on the site of the former Planet Hollywood, will open in late 2026. Book ahead for Rosalie and The Steakhouse, especially in the evening.
