At a glance
Tower Hotel Gifts is the exit shop of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, in the World Premiere Plaza land. It carries on the story of the Hollywood Tower Hotel, a fictional hotel in 1930s Hollywood, struck by lightning and frozen in time.
The interior draws on the Art Deco style of the period: dark wooden display cases, dim lighting, vintage suitcases and archive photos. A large stylised painting of the hotel hangs on one wall, and one of the paintings hides a Hidden Mickey (a Mickey silhouette tucked into the decor). Film props and period photos tie in with the former Walt Disney Studios Park.
The range includes clothing, accessories, Disney ears, soft toys, toys, homeware and pins, with Hollywood Tower Hotel exclusives: door hangers, bells and room number plaques in the hotel’s branding. A range devoted to Jack Skellington and The Nightmare Before Christmas rounds it off. This is also where you collect the photo taken during your drop into the fourth dimension, as a print, a digital file or through Disney PhotoPass+.
The lobby of a (fictionally) abandoned hotel. At the exit of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, this souvenir shop, opened in 2007, carries on the story of the Hollywood Tower Hotel, a fictional 1930s hotel struck by lightning and frozen in time. Dark wooden display cases, dim lighting, vintage suitcases and archive photos fill the space in pure Hollywood Art Deco style.

Theme & story
Who it’s for
Pros and cons
Strong points
- Ride photos available to collect on site
- Art Deco decor recreating the feel of the 1930s
- Hollywood Tower Hotel exclusives such as door hangers and room number plaques
- Direct access from the ride exit
Weak points
- Small sales floor
- Very busy each time a lift load comes off the ride
- You pass through it after the ride, and no separate entrance is signposted
My verdict
The perfect ride exit. After the drop, you land in the hotel lobby, and the shop carries the story on instead of breaking it: Art Deco, old suitcases, period photos…
The Hollywood Tower Hotel exclusives (room number plaques, bells, door hangers) make it a real souvenir stop, not just a shop you have to walk through.
Julie’s tip
Best time to visit

Your questions about this shop
01 Where can you shop for Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
You have four main options: the shops in Disneyland Park (mainly on Main Street U.S.A. and in each land), the shops in Disney Adventure World, the shops in Disney Village (no park ticket needed) and your hotel shop if you’re staying at an official Disney Hotel. I go through the main shops in my dedicated article.
02 Can you shop without carrying your bags all day?
Yes. The Shopping Service lets you have your purchases sent to a collection point, to pick up later in the shop, or as you leave the park in another shop, or even in the shop at your Disney Hotel. The service is free in most shops (above a minimum spend). Just ask the sales assistant when you pay.
03 What are the shops’ opening hours?
The shops in the parks roughly follow the parks’ opening hours, often opening a little earlier on Main Street U.S.A. and closing a little later after the night-time show. The Disney Village shops have their own opening hours, usually later into the evening. The exact times are in the Disneyland Paris app.
04 Can you order Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online shop. To buy from home, you can go to the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few Disneyland Paris-specific products. At the resort, you buy directly in the shops.
