At a glance
Pride Lands is the upcoming land at Disney Adventure World dedicated to The Lion King, the first in the world built around the 1994 film. It will sit on the shores of the Adventure Bay lake, extending on from World of Frozen.
The land will be built around Pride Rock, with an announced height of 37 metres. Its headline ride will combine a water ride with next-generation Audio-Animatronics: a journey through the film’s iconic scenes, set to its songs, ending with a finale of three drops, one of them 16 metres. Character meets, plus a themed restaurant and shop, will complete the land.
The land is designed to take you into the Pride Lands: you follow Simba’s adventures, from the caves beneath Pride Rock to the savannah landscapes.

Where the inspiration comes from
The world’s first land dedicated to The Lion King, with no equivalent in any other Disney park. Its water ride follows in the tradition of Disney’s log flume rides.
