The Privilege Ticket: the former Magic Plus and Infinity pass offer

The Privilege Ticket was a perk of the former Magic Plus and Infinity annual passes at Disneyland Paris, letting you bring family and friends to the park at a discounted price. This offer has been gone since the switch to the new Disneyland Pass range: it was replaced by Friends Tickets. Here’s what it offered and what has changed.

What was the Privilege Ticket?

The Privilege Ticket was a perk reserved for holders of a Magic Plus or Infinity annual pass, the tiers of the former pass range. It let you buy discounted admission tickets to bring family and friends, booked online and in limited numbers.

At the time, it was the equivalent of the offer that now lets you bring your loved ones to the park at a discounted price.

The conditions at the time

Here’s what the Privilege Ticket offered, for the record:

  • Reserved for two tiers: the Magic Plus annual pass (up to 10 tickets over the pass’s validity) and the Infinity (up to 20 tickets).
  • Weekly quota: 5 Privilege Tickets maximum per week.
  • Access: 2 parks on the same day.
  • Passholder had to be there: you had to collect (and pay for) the tickets at the ticket office at the park entrance (then Walt Disney Studios, now Disney Adventure World), with your valid annual pass and the confirmation email, on the day of the booking.
  • Booked online on the platform dedicated to annual passholders.

Privilege Ticket or Friends Tickets: what has changed

Friends Tickets replace the Privilege Ticket, with different conditions:

Who can use it
the current offer is open to the adult tiers of the Disneyland Pass range, whereas the Privilege Ticket was only for Magic Plus and Infinity.
Passholder present
no longer required. You send the QR codes to your guests, who get in without you (before, you had to be there at the ticket office).
Buying
everything is done online, in the Disneyland Paris app or on the official website. Tickets are no longer collected at the ticket office.

For the details of the current offer, its conditions and the step-by-step buying guide, see the Friends Tickets guide.

Do you have a Disneyland Pass today?

If you hold a current Disneyland Pass, the offer that lets you bring family and friends at a discounted price is now Friends Tickets. And to understand the current tiers and choose yours, see the complete Disneyland Pass guide.

Frequently asked questions

01 Can you still book a Privilege Ticket at Disneyland Paris?

No. The Privilege Ticket was withdrawn with the old pass range. It has been replaced by Friends Tickets, reserved for Disneyland Pass holders.

02 How much did a Privilege Ticket (former offer) cost?

At the time, the price depended on your pass: €47 in off-peak season and €66 in peak season for a Magic Plus, €42 and €61 for an Infinity. These prices no longer apply, as the offer no longer exists.

03 What’s the difference between the Privilege Ticket and Friends Tickets?

The former Privilege Ticket was reserved for Magic Plus and Infinity passes and required the holder to be there at the ticket desk. Friends Tickets are for today’s adult tiers, are booked entirely online and don’t require you to be there: your guests get in with their QR code.
